Big Brother Africa 8
''Big Brother Africa 8'' (also known as ''Big Brother Africa: The Chase'') was the eighth season of the ''Big Brother Africa'' reality television series produced by Endemol for M-Net. It began on 26 May 2013 and run for 91 days ending on 25 August 2013. Ikponmwosa "IK" Osakioduwa came back to host the show for the fifth time in a row.
==Format==
There were twenty eight housemates this season and lived in two houses. Ruby House and Diamond House. Each week, two housemates would swap houses for the following week until the merge was reached. The housemates were competing for US$300,000. This year, fourteen countries participated in the season. Each country had two representatives for them. All fourteen countries were returning countries and these were Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
